1. I could maybe recreate a scene from a book or show in stop motion, that'd be fun

• Using iMovie, photos, and my sister's stuffed animals, I created a trailer for an upcoming stopmotion movie thing because I wanted to incorperate my sister in the project! I was thinking of ideas, and then I thought about doing stopmotion. While I was brainstorming ideas for the stopmotion, my brain somehow thought of the wonderful idea of somehow roping my little sister in it. I figured we could use her toys to maybe recreate a scene from a movie or show she liked. I approached her about it and she said that she's always wanted to do stopmotion, so she was on board. She decided to do a superhero movie-like thing, and I said we should do a trailer for it now, since I don't have much time to do these projects before the end of the quarter. Plus, in the past I used to make random iMovie trailers on my grandma's iPad so I've already had experience in that realm.

• During this process, I learned how to edit and create a trailer for any upcoming projects in iMovie.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to I knowledge constructer because I used iMovie (the reseouces given to me) to create a creative trailer with my sister.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was getting the video/trailer to work. I was able to do it by first moving thr file to the "website" folder in google drive. Then, in my website thing, I went over to the insert sidebar and clicked the placeholder button. Then I inserted it from google drive, clicked the file and then boom!! I had a friend test my published site out and it worked!

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change nothing. The reason why I would change it is because I like it just the way it is! Plus, my sister would probably be super mad at me if I changed anything. A lot of this was her idea so I wouldn't wanna change anything and then accidentally upset my little sis.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in digital marketing, freelance video game trailer editor, movie trailer editing, and more.
