Using my drone and my computer, I created a drone that i coded to do flips and cool spins because I've always been interested in drones and coding.

During this process, I learned how to code a drone by gouing on MrRenner.com and watching a video.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Digital citizen because i can learn and pay attention well, and also realize my responsibilities of living in a digital world and using those tools

A challenge I overcame on this project was getting on the website. I was able to do it by asking for help from my friends.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change what i made it do. The reason why I would change it is because i can always make it fly cooler.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School.  

My project connects to careers in computer programming because i used my computer to code/program a drone to do different things.
