Using tinker cad and a 3d printer, I created a sauce cup because i like my dipping sauce in a cup.
During this process, I learned how to 3d print.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because i hand made the sauce cup on my computer.
A challenge I overcame on this project was the hollow shapes on tinkercad. I was able to do it by copy and pasting my square then making it hollow.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change my entire 3d print. The reason why I would change it is because my cup is really bland.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming, CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in Computer Programming, because I used an online software in tinker cad to made a hollow sauce cup and then 3d printed it.
