This is my microbit code. It show you a question and tells you whether your answer was right or not.
For my project 8 I decided to use a micro:bit for a second time.
Planning Questions
For my project I will be working alone.
I will be using a Micro:bit and the Micro:bit website.
My goal is to create a question that you can answer with true or false.
My project will be unique because I will make it in a way that it can not only ask you a question but can also tell you if you got the answer correct of not.
Daily Log
Day One: For the first day of my project I spent the day going in between my reflection and the Micro:bit website. I was able to finish the planning questions and the list of 25. I got a general idea of my project idea and started coding the microbit.
Day Two: On day two I spent the hour coding my microbit. At first I was kinda stuck on how to meet my goal, but once I figured it out it became pretty easy. By the end of the hour I had meet my goal (even after I changed the code multiple times) and filled out the rest of my reflection.
Day Three:
Sentence Starters
Using a Microbit and the Micro:bit website, I created a true or flase question because I wanted to make this project better/more complicated then I did last time. I saw a true of false game the last time I did a Mircobit project but thought it would be too difficult so I decided to try it this time.
During this process, I learned more on how to code certain things. I had already used a microbit before so this time it was easier to figure out what I needed to do to get the microbit to do exactly what I wanted. was also able to try out different codes and see what different tings mean.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered learner. I think this because during my project I set goals for myself and thought of different strategies to comeplete my project and personal goals.
A challenge I overcame on this project was my goal. My goal seeme to be a little high at first and I found it difficult to find a way to fufill it. I was able to do it by going into a different code and messing around with random codes until I felt I had an idea on how to finish my project.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what I made. The reason why I would change it is because I already made something I really like/ am proud of. I like both of the things I made with the Microbit and there isn't anything I can think of changing but I would like to be able to use it more or be able to make more difficult things with it.
