CoSpaces houseThis is a video of my house. My house includes a kichen, bathroom, a living room and two bedrooms. There is also a pet dog laying on the couch (it isn't very visable.) And a pet dragon next to the couch. There is a mom in the kitchen cooking and her friend is sitting in the dining room that isn't really a dining room. In the 2nd bedroom the little boy is making potions for some reason. And next to the dragon is a little girl who seems to be both surprised and exicted to see a dragon in her living room.
For my project I decided to try making a world in VR. I tried making many different things but I ended up trying to making a house.
Planning Questions
For my VR project I will be working alone.
For this project I will need to use the CoSpaces website.
My goal is to create something that I really like.
My VR world wil be unique because I want to make something that is just how I want it to be.
The Days Of My Project
Day One: On the first day of project 6 i thought a lot about what I wanna do. Once I finally got an idea I started working in CoSpaces. I learned the controls and started adding and moving things to see what I wanted to make.
Day Two: The second day was the day I started filling out some of my website like the planning questions and list of 25. After I finished the questions and did most of list I went back into CoSpaces to work on my project.
Day Three: I got about half way done with the house i'm making. I started adding a little more to the house until my project was almost finished. I also spent some time filling in some things on my website.
Day Four: On day four I finished building my house and filled out even more of my website. By the end of the day I was almost done with my project all together.
Day Five: On day five I finished everything on my website and Vr house. All that's left to do is take picture/videos to put on my website and i'll be done.

Using CoSpaces, I created a house in VR because it was a simple idea that ended up being both easy and difficult.
During this process, I learned how to make something using the limited items you may have.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I used the items I had and created something new these would mak my project both innovative and a design.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not having a giant selection of items to use. I was able to do it by using items multiple times of different colors and using things for a different purpose then they were intended.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the texture of things like the floor and hopefully use a program that allows me to have a much wider selection of items. The reason why I would change it is because it was a ot harder to create a nice house without the decorative items required.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Vitual Reality Design.
