I am working by myself.
What materials are you using for your project?
I am using a Ipad, I will be using google for my pictures, and they will have a creative commons license.
What is your plan to create in this project?
My plan is to make a good movie telling and showing what some of my favorite things are.
What unique qualities will your project have tp separate it from other peoples projects?
My project's unique qualities are some of the pictures or some of the favorite things that I put on there.
Day 1- Made my website and created my list.
Day 2- Logged into ipad and started to find the images that I will be using in my video. I made sure that they were creative common images
Day 3- Got back into Ipads, found the last couple pictures for my video and watched a tutorial about Imovie.
Day 4- Started putting the video together, adding the pictures, music and labled stuff.
Day 5- Logged into Ipad and added sound affects and a voiceover.
Day 6- logged into ipad, uploaded my video to Drive and opened it on the pc.
7P1.movUsing Imovie I created an all about me video because we are practicing using different apps and platforms, and we used different tools that where on the ipad. We did new things each day that where apart of the all about me video.
During this process, I learned how to use a bunch of tools that where on imovie and using a creative commons license to search up the pictures.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because each day we worked on our videos I added more and more each time and added detail to it and I made a unique twist to it too.
A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to shorten the clips or finding the pictures when we had to put the Creative Common License. I was able to do it by asking help from a friend or watching Youtube videos on how to do it or how to work things on imovie.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change Some of the topics that I did or taking more time and adding different music and sound effects. The reason why I would change it is because from the time that we had to do it was shorter I could add more details.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the digital multi media CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in an Art Director because it manages your design or your project from a visual. They over view the whole thing weather if its a product or a package or a even a video game, they also test their products to. Art is more of a management job.
