8p3 wood project

Using easel.com _, I created a sign for my barn because it doesn't have one_. Once we finish off our barn it will look nice in the barn. I will hang it on the wall in the barn. and probably stain it too.

During this process, I learned how to use easel.com. I also learned how to program x-carve. Lastly i learned how to set up board on x carve.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to knowledge constructor because i had to learn how to use wood carver. I also had to learn how to use easel website. Then once i figured it out i then created my project and it turned out well.

A challenge I overcame on this project was not knowing how to do project. I was able to do it by having help from Shawn. I also was able to do it by using Mr. renners website for tips.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change Mr. renners computer not to crash_. The reason why I would change it is because my project is taking a while to be done. This is because the computer isnt wanting to cooperate with us..
