Using tinkercad, I created a cupholder that will attach to my tree stand. I did this because i need something to hold my drinks. I'm sick of dropping my drinks. Now I can clip it to my stand and not drop my drink.
During this process, I learned a few things. One being how to send a stl to mr.renner. I also learned how to group things together on tinkercad. Lastly i learned how to help others with technology
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer. This is because I created, built, and tested my project. I also tested my project with multiple things but i forgot to take pictures.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out dimensions on of my project. I was able to do it by hitting the settings button. After i did that i hit the inch grid button and then i knew how big it was going to be.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the thickness of my project_. The reason why I would change it is because I dropped my project and it was so thin it broke. So i wanna make it more thick so it wont break.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Designing and architecture.
