Using a sewing machine and fabrics, I created a quilt because my barn cat gets cold in the winter.
During this process, I learned how to use a sewing machine.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovated designer because we designed a blanket to keep the cat warm.
A challenge I overcame on this project was to not tangle up the string. I was able to do it by not making it go to fast across the fabric.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the amount of time that we had. The reason why I would change it is because I would want to make more things.
