Using tinkercad and the 3d printer, I created a Superbowl trophy because I've always wanted to have a Superbowl trophy.
During this process, I learned how to add writing onto my design.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because I was able to design the trophy to make it look like what I wanted.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not having my measurements right. I was able to do it by changing my measurements to inches from millimeters.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the size of the football on top. The reason why I would change it is because I think that the football is a little bit too big.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in 3d design engineer because I designed my priject and 3d printed it.
