Using cardboard, tape, and glue, I created a clash arena because I wanted to bring clash to real life.
During this process, I learned how to make more unique stuff out of cardboard.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I designed my cardboard creations.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not staying on task. I was able to do it by figuring out what I'm doing and then I did it.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the way my stuff looks like. The reason why I would change it is because I didn't like the way some of them looked like.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in engineering because I have to make stuff using blueprints and I had to design the way my creations looked like.
