It will be able to help me remember my address. Also if I lose it people will be able to give it back to me.
Daily log:
Day 1: worked on my 10 Good ideas while googling about 3D printing designs.
Day 2: Getting a good understanding on tinker cad.
Day 3: I started creating my project and learned how to make a hole for the keychain and created my first and last name.
Day 4: I created my address and a star and placed everything were I wanted it.
Day 5: I placed everything were I wanted it and then worked on the sentence starters.
Day 6: My keychain got printed. So then I took some photos and worked on my sentence starters.
Day 7: I worked on the video and finished my project.

My Movie.movUsing tinker cad, I created a keychain because if I ever lose my lanyard who ever finds it can return it to me. What I put on my keychain is my name and my address. So I never forget my address and people can return it to me if I lose my lanyard.
During this process, I learned how to create a keychain. I learned how to use tinker cad. I also got a better understanding about 3D printers.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner because being my first year in innovation and design I had to learn new things others have known since maybe 6th grade. What Empowered learner means is a positive attitude. With challenges I faced I had a positive attitude the hole time. Others might have used tinker cad before but I have not I had to learn and ask a lot of questions about it but others new what to do. I was a Empowered Learner.
A challenge I overcame on this project was learning how to use tinker cad. I was able to do it by being engaged and have a positive attitude. Actually trying helped to, by giving 100 percent it helped me get my project done faster and better.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how thin I made my name and address numbers. The reason why I would change it is because it is so thin it did not fully wright it. Also my star did not print on the keychain so if I get a second chance I would like to try to print the star again and make my name and address number thicker.

My project connects to the Business Management CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in 3D Design and 3D Customization and Prototyping.
