Day 1

We gathered all the legos pieces we needed and decided on making a kid clean up/

We began getting pictures and gathered nearly 200 photos.

We reached 436 photos! One scene we had him wear a hat.

We made it over 550 pictures!

We slowed down since we were ahead but got to 650 pictures.

My partner wasn't here so I didn't get much done.

I tried working but there was a lot of distraction.

I finished photos and began editing.

We finished our editing and did the reflection.

Using Legos and my iPad, I created a stop-motion video of cleaning a room because it was one of my partner's and my favorite ideas.
During this process, I learned how to make a stop-motion movie.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner because we came up with the idea with no inspiration.
A challenge I overcame on this project was remembering where were the next morning. I was able to do it by carefully putting it away.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change it so the camera would stay in the same spot. The reason why I would change it is because it wouldn't make the video weird.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in 2d animator because they make similar stop-motion movies.
