Using cardboard, we created a Hawaiian themed outfit because we wanted to make somethings that we haven't already thought of.
During this process, I learned how to use teamwork.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to global collaborator because my team and I all worked on stuff and helped with what we needed to do.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to make the Hawaiian themed outfit. I was able to do it by having my team and me brainstorm ideas.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the way the sandals were made. The reason why I would change it is because the sandals would fall off if you walk to fast and they go inwards.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in cardboard box maker because they make cardboard box's.
