7P7-3D Design

Daily log

Day 1- Made list of 10. Looked at other students work. Messed around with tinkercad. 

Day 2- I made a Chirstmas tree with a a little thingy at the bottom of it to catch the leaves.

Day 3-  I tried to make something different

Day 4- I was not here

Day 5- I made a chicken

day 6- I made a cup

• Using tinkercard , I created a cup with hms on it because i wanted to make something using hms.

• During this process, I learned how to make different types of designs for the 3d printer.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative designers because I used some ones design and created something else out of it.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out what i wanted to create. I was able to do it by making multiple thing and choosing the one that looks the best.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change what I put hms on. The reason why I would change it is because i think that i could make something better with it. 

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in Sr. Mechanical Engineer.
