Rifle Team

Being part of a rifle team is a privilege, being able to skillfully handle and spin a 7-8 pound rifle is one of the many more traits our rifle team represents. Rifle team encourages intimate friendship, as teammates rely on each other for motivation, support, and shared purposes to create a cohesive, trusting team. The sport is very much disciplined, requiring focus, patience, and frequent practice to hone skills and maintain safety. Rifle team members become responsible, detail-oriented, and mentally disciplined, traits that benefit them in and out of competition. The only limit is your imagination. Cadets who excel in this competitive sport may make their own moves up or challenge themselves to learn the most difficult tricks out there. Overall, this JROTC’s rifle team is very disciplined which strives to be a good role model.
