Jose Bareng is an experienced educator who has been a junior ROTC instructor since 2012 with three years of experience teaching college-level ROTC. He is a retired military service member, having served for a total of 23 years. He has industry experience in software systems design and analysis through the Air Force. He possesses a California Designated Subjects Special Subjects Teaching Credential in ROTC and has a bachelor’s of science degree in computer science and a master’s of science degree in software systems engineering.
