Our team participates within the Cyberpatriot online national competition with over five thousand other competitors across the nation. Teams are to compete in 5 different rounds(With qualifications) using virtual images of computer operating systems during a 4 hour competition period. These operating systems include Windows, Linux, and Server. Teams download these virtual machines, along with pre-loaded vulnerabilities, to practice and compete. The goal is to secure these virtual networks by finding and fixing vulnerabilities, maintaining services, and potentially removing malware. The scoring system evaluates teams based on their ability to secure the virtual network and maintain its functionality. The scoring system tracks each vulnerability found and secured, rewarding points to the team for a maximum of 100.
We've been competing since 2021 with a great overall performance.
