Leadership

Our corps is entirely cadet-run, from Team NCOs learning how to lead to our Top 3 heading the whole corps, managing all our operations and services. There are four main sections of our cadet leadership:

Group Leadership (Top 3): Oversee the entire corps and manages all operations and services that happen within it.

Staff Officers: Act as unit admin executing the orders of Top 3 to ensure proper distribution of equipment, cleanliness, finances, communication, record keeping, etc. Our Staff are the workings behind the corps who keep it operational and ensure that it remains functioning smoothly.

Flight/Squadron Leadership: Lead the flights, training our cadets in basic drill, knowledge, academics, and much more! Flight Commanders are the backbone of our corps and are the gateway between the cadets and the rest of leadership.

Team Leadership: Lead the teams and train them in everything there is to bring their team to competition and nationals! Consist of Drill Teams, which include Color Guard, Rifle, Sword, and Unarmed Drill in physical military aspects, and Academics Teams like our renowned StellarXplorers, JLAB, and CyberPatriots team who compete in academically challenging competitions.

Instructors: Consisting of our Senior Aerospace Science Instructor (SASI) and ASI, our unit instructors oversee the program as a whole after retiring from the Air Force. They guide cadets in leadership, academics, and events.
