Restarting your Mac laptop

Make sure when you restart your laptop you leave UNCHECKED  "Reopen windows when logging back in"

If you don't do that the problem you were having with your laptop will not get cleared out. 

To restart your laptop click on the Apple icon on the top right and choose "Restart"
