Issue: Chrome will not connect to any websites
Solution:
Restart your computer > if that doesn't work:
Try Safari:
Safari works: Open Safari and see if you can connect to any websites. If you can, continue to use Safari. This issue usually happens off-campus
Safari doesn't work: You open Safari and you still cannot connect to any websites:
Finder > Applications > Manager > My Commands (you may have to click on self-service or quit and relaunch the Manager app again) > Flush DNS Cache > click on the Execute button (you will get a verbal confirmation that the command ran)
