In order for your teacher to be able to view your laptop during Safe Testing you must grant permission to view your screen. This is NOT OPTIONAL. You must grant permission when requested by your teacher.

Make sure the Deledao Chrome Extension is installed
You should see this icon on the top right part of. your browser: (the picture shows what you see when you click on it):
If you don't see it you need to delete your Chrome profile and log back in:
Click on your profile icon on the top right on your Chrome browser
Click Manage Chrome Profiles
Click the three dots next to your Chrome profile
Click delete
On the menubar at the top choose Profiles > Add Profile and login to your Harding Google account

Open System Preferences
Open Security & Privacy > Scroll down to > Screen & System Audio Recording
Scroll down until you see Screen Recording and select it.
Click the slider or Check the box beside Deledao Proxy Service
Click Quit & Reopen

If the MosyleMDM icon doesn't show in the "Screen Recording" section you must initiate a live screen session with your students to prompt Manager to ask for permissions and show up.
