When your laptop disk is full its ability to work properly can be affected. Follow these steps.
Apple Menu > About this Mac
Storage Tab
Click on Documents (it will take a few minutes to calculate sizes)
Click on the Documents to see which files are the largest. GB is bigger than MB. 1 GB = 1024 MB.
Highlight the files you want to delete
Click the Delete Button
Don't forget to empty your trash
Notes:
If you delete you iMovie Library it will delete any unexported movie projects you have in iMovie. So export any existing projects to a movie file.
If you click on the "Show in Finder" Button you can locate files you want to save.
Upload files & folders
On your computer, you can upload from drive.google.com or your desktop. You can upload files into private or shared folders.
On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
At the top left, click New File Upload or Folder Upload.
Choose the file or folder you want to upload.
Drag files into Google Drive
On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
Open or create a folder.
To upload files and folders, drag them into the Google Drive folder.
