Turn off predict network actions to improve page load performance

Turning off predict network actions can sometimes solve Chrome issues:

• Open a Chrome tab and go to chrome://settings/cookies

• Then Scroll down to "Preload pages for faster browsing and searching" and toggle the switch on to disable the feature.
