Monie Shope is our school counselor at Sardis and 😍to know her is to love her! ❤️ She is always ready to lend a helping hand to our students and staff in any way she can. She provides much needed support to our students and she helps us navigate through the good days and the trying days! Ms. Shope, know you are loved and cherished by all Bobcats, big and small. We are eternally grateful for what you do!!

For our English Language Learners, Access Testing has begun. . ACCESS for ELLs," is a standardized assessment used to measure the English language proficiency of students identified as English Language Learners (ELLs) in grades K-12, evaluating their abilities in listening, speaking, reading, and writing to monitor their progress in acquiring academic English skills. It is administered annually and aligns with the WIDA English Language Development Standards

Sardis YMCA Soccer Sign ups are happening now. The first practice will be March 13 and the season ends on May 24. The practices are on Thursdays from 2:30-3:30 at Sardis and games are held at J. A. Walters YMCA. Scan the QR code if you'd like to sign up to play Sardis YMCA Soccer.

Here is the February SEAD Lab Newsletter. This month students are learning about emotions and adding to their knowledge base of emotions. 4th and 5th grade students are learning to problem solve and make a plan when they experience various emotions.
