Valentine’s Day is celebrated on February 14 and is a special day for showing love and appreciation through cards, gifts, and caring actions. The day's origins are connected to Saint Valentine, a prominent figure from ancient Rome. He is believed to have helped couples get married in secret. As time went on, the holiday became linked to romance, especially in the Middle Ages, where people began sharing love letters and poems. Today, Valentine’s Day is recognized around the world as a time to express love for friends, family, and loved ones.
