Education Verification
IMPORTANT: Education or Attendance Verification cannot be confirmed over the phone. Diplomas cannot be duplicated & Official Transcripts cannot be faxed. Transcript requests will not be processed until the request form, payment, and release form are received. We process requests in the order in which they are received, and it might take up to 5 working business days after all requirements are received to process requests. Expect longer delays at the end of the school year. If requesting via mail, allowed transit time for your request to arrive at us. *All Official Transcripts are sent via USPS. If the former student graduated from Adult School, Phoenix Program, or another school, you must contact the corresponding office since those records are not kept at SHS. Records other than transcripts are kept on file only for 5 years after graduation or last date of attendance; records are destroyed after 5 years for data security.

Diploma & Attendance Verifications
Grad / Attendance Year 2013-Present
If the person of interest graduated in 2013 or after, please email the Clearinghouse to fulfill your request. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one. Otherwise, you will log in to your account and proceed as usual. Clearinghouse email diplomaverify@studentclearinghouse.org
Grad / Attendance Year 1920-2012
If the person of interest graduated in 2012 or earlier, you may e-mail or fax a request to us.
The request must include the following:
A signed Release of Information from the person you are requesting information
Full legal name used while attending Santana High School (Maiden name)
Year of graduation or last year of attendance
Full date of birth (Month / Day / Year)
