Transcripts & Records 

IMPORTANT: Diplomas cannot be duplicated, & Official Transcripts cannot be faxed. An Official Transcript is considered official documentation of graduation by colleges and employers. Former students must request their own transcripts online, in writing by mail, or in person. Transcript request will not be processed until request form, payment, and a copy of ID are received. It might take up to 5 working business days to process the request after all requirements are received. Expect longer delays at the beginning and end of the school year. If requesting via mail, allow transit time (2-7 days) depending on where the transcript is sent. Forms received without payment, unreadable, or missing information will not be processed. There is an $8.00 Fee per Transcript. All requests will be checked for accuracy; inaccurate information may result in your record not being processed. ALL requests are processed in the order they are received; rush orders are unavailable. 


MIDDLE SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS: If you're looking for a Middle School or Jr High School transcript or report card, contact that school directly as we don't archive any of their transcripts at our school. Transcripts are considered permanent records for all schools. 

Transfer of Pupil Records 5CCR 438(a) Pupil records shall be updated before transfer—original or copy of the record to be retained by sending district.
