Early Dismissal From School

Please be aware that ALL early dismissals from school MUST be PRE-APPROVED by 12:00PM on the date of the early dismissal. You may submit an early dismissal request here:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdEt7r31E1nouwDEtrm-uqCkAo7AQCyJ3y3_Wbk9UOto8l7Qw/viewform .

Any requests submitted after 12:00PM on the day of the dismissal will require a parent to sign the student out in the front office. The only exception to this rule is approval by a school administrator. Students who are sick at school should report to the school nurse. The school nurse will contact a parent to come and pick up students who are ill at school.

Front office and school attendance staff will not dismiss students through telephone calls at anytime and will not accept emails for dismissal after 12:00PM each day. Pre-approved early dismissals should occur at the end of the block to avoid interruption of instructional time. Students with pre-approved early dismissals should report to the main office to sign out of school at the end of the appropriate instructional block.

Early dismissals during testing days are not permitted until the end of the testing block. Students may not be dismissed during a testing block for final exams, EOCs, and AP testing.
