After you've filled out this form please bring the following to the school:

1. Reciept of purchase from My School Bucks, passes are $60.
2. Copy of the parking contract with all necessary signatures
3. Your Driver's License (The address on your driver's license must match what we have on file in PowerSchool)

Passes only available to Juniors to start the year. Sophomore sales begin August 15th. Freshmen cannot purchase parking passes

Pass sales begin during orientation. After orientation bring information to Mrs. Carlson in the front office.

NO PARKING WITHOUT A PASS. YOU MUST PURCHASE A PASS BEFORE YOU CAN PARK ON CAMPUS BEGINNING THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
