Self Care
What does self-care look like?
Self-care is any activity you do to deliberately care for your mental, emotional, and physical health.
That means that YES eating ice cream on the couch can count as self-care, but so does exercising and getting your work done on time. 😋
Self-care does a lot for us:
allows us to build healthy lives
increases our resilience when we experience challenges
decreases our anxiety and depression
helps improve our overall well-being.
So take some time to practice self-care and make TODAY WELL LIVED!
