What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the intentional focus of the mind on each present moment in time with a curious and nonjudgmental attitude.

It does NOT need to be sitting still on a chair in a quiet moment, although it can be. You can do it eating, walking, and doing a lot of other things- it just takes the commitment to paying attention to how you are and the world around you.
