Understanding GPA

Your GPA or grade point average is an indicator of your grades overall, and gives schools an idea of your level of responsibility and achievement as a student.

This number gets used to decide things like entrance into schools, participation in sports and electives, what classes you're able to take, and even whether you're able to get a part-time job in high school!
