Course Selection for 2021-2022

Our Course Selection for the 2021-2022 school year will be completely virtual!! Everything you need to complete course selection is on this webpage. You will be able to request your classes through an online form and do not need to turn in any physical paperwork to the Counseling Center. Please follow the instructions below so that you can complete the course selection properly.

Welcome to Skyline High School's Course Selection for the 2021-2022 school year. We are so excited to have you as a part of our school!

As you think about what classes you want to take at Skyline next year, please take time to consider all of your options and the graduation requirements you would like to complete. Skyline builds their master schedule based on the classes our students request. Be sure to request classes that you want to take and then plan on taking the courses you request.

Use the supporting documents to the right to help you as you make your selections. The Course Catalog will give you descriptions of each class that is available at Skyline. Follow the below instructions to complete your course selection request.

  1. Generate your Progress Toward Graduation (PTG) report to help you know which credits to work on next year.

  2. Scroll down on this page to the grade level you will be in next year.

  3. To view your course options, look at the Course Selection Card (or IB Card if you are in the IB Programme).

    • When downloaded, the Course Selection Card has linked videos about each class.

  4. Use the optional worksheet to help you narrow down the classes you want to take.

  5. Click on the Course Selection Request Form to fill out your request (use the IB form if you are in the IB Programme).

    • Be sure to fill in 16 semesters of classes and your alternate options.

    • Once you have selected all of your classes, "Finalize" and "Submit" the form. Your course selection is complete!

  6. To make a change to your selection, click on "edit request" through the submission confirmation email you will receive.
