Passing the AP Exam (with a score of 3+) at the end of the school year can award students with college credit. Each college and university view AP credits differently. Ask the college/university how they apply AP credits at their school. Take a look at how AP credits are accepted at Utah colleges.
Students can also use AP credits toward the General Education Certificate of Completion at Salt Lake Community College. Look at the information page to the right to see which passing AP exam scores will fulfill general education requirements.
