Dance Company

• Auditions - held on February 14th and 15th. Flyers will be dropped off to all elementary schools.

• Applications will be available the first day of auditions

Concert Choir-Perfect Harmony Show Choir 

• Auditions and appliction must be completed by Friday, February 16th, 2024. To make an appointment, email Mrs. Mayren at smayren@graniteschools.org or you may submit a video audition within the application form.

Concert Band

• Auditions for next year’s Concert Band and Concert Orchestra will be held during January and February after school by appointment only from 3:00-4:30 in room 143 at Matheson Jr. High. Incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students who have at least 1 year of experience with a band, orchestra, or percussion instrument may audition to be placed in these advanced music classes. I promise the audition process is super easy, I just want to make sure you have a good foundation in music and are ready to be placed in the advanced classes. Please email Mr. Brown at rbrown1@graniteschools.org to set up an audition time. Students wishing to audition will need to prepare 1 scale of their choosing and a short piece that best demonstrates their playing ability. Students who are brand new to music may sign up for Foundation Band, Foundation Percussion, or Foundation Strings (Cadet Orchestra) with no audition.
