HELP! I forgot to register for next year and now the program is full!
Every effort has been made to communicate registration dates to families. We recognize the need for additional space in our programs and are working to address this need. Please do not make special requests for extenuating circumstances, we work hard to be fair in our enrollment practices and recognize all children's needs as equally important. However, it is important that you do register, even if late so you can be placed on the "wait-list" and we can determine specific needs of each school site.

Who can pick up my child?
Only adults listed & designated as "approved to pick-up" on your child’s contact list may sign out your child.
Why do I need a PIN?
Your child’s safety is our highest priority. It is necessary for us to track who picks your child up and when.
What time is pickup?
Kinder Bridge only pickup is 3:00pm Monday - Friday
After School pickup is 5:30pm daily (or 6:00pm at El Camino, Isla Vista, La Patera)
There is an automatic $1/minute late fee for late pickups.
When will I be billed?
All monthly recurring fees are paid monthly, in advance via automatic payment through our child care management system, Eleyo.
Invoices are emailed on the last Friday of the month and then automatically processed on the 3rd of each month.
Payments are billed in full each month, regardless of holidays or breaks, except for the months of August, December, and June, which will be billed at a prorated rate for scheduled school days.
There is an annual family registration fee of $30/family, via automatic payment from our child care management system (Eleyo) once registrations are accepted. Families receiving the ASES/ELOP Tier financial aid will not be charged an annual fee.
There are no refunds for unused days or holidays.
Do you provide care on Parent Conference days? Non-school days?
Care begins at dismissal on Parent Conference days. The After School Program is closed on all non-school days.
What do I do if my child will be absent on a particular day?
Please notify your ASP Site Coordinator at your site via the Absence Reporting email so that we don’t worry.
My child is a bus rider, how does s/he get to the bus?
We are not staffed to escort bus riders to the bus. Kinders who ride the bus are not allowed to attend Kinder Bridge.
My child is on a waitlist, how long will it take for him/her to get in the program?
It is not possible to predict future enrollment. You will be contacted as soon as a spot opens up.
