Absence Reporting

Procedure for Reporting Absences

The safety of each child is of paramount importance to the staff of the After School Program. If a child will not be attending as scheduled, it is essential that the child’s parent email the site lead to report the absence. Please help us avoid unnecessary concern about a child’s safety - 

To report an absence, please use the following email and include child's name and date of absence. This email will notify the school ASP Site Coordinator that your child attends.
