Summer Thrive Camp Registration Timeline (2025):

• Feb.18 - March 30:  Summer Thrive regular registration window for 2025 is open (TK-5th) via Eleyo              

• April 7:         Parent Email Notification of Enrollment / Wait List Status for those registered in the regular registration window

After School Care Program Registration Timeline (2025-26):

• April 1  -June 1:  After School regular registration window for 2025-26 is open (TK-6th) via Eleyo        

  1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. •         EL Camino/DLI registrations for ASP must be received by June 1 to have enrollment/transfer priority

                       •         This enrollment/transfer priority at El Camino/DLI is only for families that have accepted DLI enrollment offers by June 1.      

• June 16:         Parent Email Notification of Enrollment / Wait List Status for those registered in the regular registration window

• June 14-summer: Wait List Registrations (Wait List is reviewed weekly on Thursdays, students are added when space becomes available)

Eleyo Accounts

                 (anytime)         STEP 1: Go to Eleyo (https://gusd.ce.eleyo.com/) and start a Family Account (add family, authorized pick-up, student, medical, & payment information

               (beg. 2/18/25)  STEP 2: Register child(ren) for a specific After School Child Care site (select Site, Care options, and select for financial aid requests).
