Available Financial Aid (selected through the registration process with Eleyo). Financial Aid is only available for families that meet qualification standard, not all families will qualify. Discounts and Financial Aid can not be combined.

All monthly recurring fees are paid monthly, in advance via automatic payment through our child care management system, Eleyo.Â
Invoices are emailed on the last Friday of the month and then automatically processed on the 3rd of each month.
Payments are billed in full each month, regardless of holidays or breaks, except for the months of August, December, and June, which will be billed at a prorated rate for scheduled school days.Â
There is an annual registration fee of $30/student enrolled, via automatic payment from our child care management system (Eleyo) once registrations are accepted. Families receiving the ASES/ELOP Tier financial aid will not be charged an annual fee.
There are no refunds for unused days or holidays.
Accounts in arrears are subject to enrollment suspension pending payment.
Late fees are automatically incurred at pick-up time at the rate of $1/minute. Repeated late pickups are cause for dismissal from the program. Child Care enrollments run through the end of each month. If a parent chooses to end an enrollment, it will be effective on the last day of the month in which notification was given.Â
Parent notifications must be minimum of 5 days prior to the end of the month in which you are ending enrollment.
Parent notifications must be submitted in writing (email) to Program Office Manager, Rosa Greening at rgreening@gusd.us
No refunds will be given for partial months.
