Fee Structures & Financial Aid

Fee Structure (effective July 1, 2024)

1st - 6th Grade; After School Session

5 days/week= $400/month
4 days/week= $385/month

-End of school to 5:30pm each day (& 6:00pm at El Camino, Isla Vista, La Patera)

TK & Kindergarten; Sessions

Kinderbridge & 5-days of ASP Care until 5:30pm; $550/month
Kinderbridge & 4-days of ASP Care until 5:30pm; $535/month
Kinderbridge only; 5 days/week care until 3:00pm; . $245/month

Financial Aid & Discounts (effective July 1, 2024)

Available Financial Aid (selected through the registration process with Eleyo). Financial Aid is only available for families that meet qualification standard, not all families will qualify. Discounts and Financial Aid can not be combined.

ASES/ELOP Tier Support

No Fee Child Care
Foster youth, Homeless, ASES/ELOP Support Tier Income Eligible (income table below)
Income Eligible Tier support is verified through the Food Service Dept. after completion and submission of a qualifying Education & Nutrition Benefit form, available after July 1st each year. Education & Nutrition Benefit form here

Family Support Tier

Billing

All monthly recurring fees are paid monthly, in advance via automatic payment through our child care management system, Eleyo.
Invoices are emailed on the last Friday of the month and then automatically processed on the 3rd of each month.
Payments are billed in full each month, regardless of holidays or breaks, except for the months of August, December, and June, which will be billed at a prorated rate for scheduled school days.
There is an annual registration fee of $30/student enrolled, via automatic payment from our child care management system (Eleyo) once registrations are accepted. Families receiving the ASES/ELOP Tier financial aid will not be charged an annual fee.
There are no refunds for unused days or holidays.

Accounts in arrears are subject to enrollment suspension pending payment.

Late Fees

Late fees are automatically incurred at pick-up time at the rate of $1/minute. Repeated late pickups are cause for dismissal from the program. In the case of an emergency, please email Rocio Melchor, Program Secretary at rmelchorgonzalez@gusd.us and call the ASP Site Coordinator at your After School facility. ASP Contact List Here

Ending Enrollments

Child Care enrollments run through the end of each month. If a parent chooses to end an enrollment, it will be effective on the last day of the month in which notification was given.

Parent notifications must be minimum of 5 days prior to the end of the month in which you are ending enrollment.
Parent notifications must be submitted in writing (email) to Program Office Manager, Rosa Greening at rgreening@gusd.us
No refunds will be given for partial months.
