Registration must be completed on the Eleyo Childcare Managements system - HERE
Income Eligible Tier support is verified through the Food Service Dept. after completion and submission of a qualifying Education & Nutrition Benefit form. This from must be renewed annually after July 1st each year.
Priority Enrollment is based on ASES/ELOP California Department of Education established priority groups.
The enrollment process does not provide priority status on a first-come-first served basis. All completed enrollments within the April 1- June 1 registration timeline will be assigned a priority status number based on the enrollment scale.
In the event that the After School Program is not able to accommodate all registration requests, children will be placed in the ASP School Site General Waitlist.
General Waitlist; Student placement is pending another student dropping from the program. Once sites have a full compliment of staffing and there is no pending staff hire, students will be added only when another a student ends enrollment, thus creating a space.
The Waitlist is reviewed weekly on Thursdays. When space becomes available at a site (& student group), students will be admitted.
We will no longer be taking verbal (phone) requests for changes in registration type or to end enrollments. If you would like to change your registration type or end an enrollment, please email our Program Office Manager, Rosa Greening at rgreening@gusd.us
