Dissection

This is the culmination of our class as we take what we have learned and apply it to real life specimens. We will be dissecting a variety of species and observing both their external and internal anatomy.

Goals:

1. Dissect and identify major organs in a variety of species possibly including worms, grasshoppers, fish, frogs, and pigs.

2. Compare and contrast various species.

3. Identify major body systems and their functions.

4. Compare a pig's anatomy to that of a human.
