2 Element FLOW with Unity CHARITY

Monday nights from 7-8 p.m.

Are you a youth (Grades 7-12) with lots to say but you don’t know how to say it? Do you have lots on your mind that you want to explore through Hip Hop Art? Are you looking for an outlet to express yourself and find your voice?

This program is for you. It is a 8 week online program that will bring youth together online from across HRM to explore MC'ing (also known as Rapping, Flowing, and Spitting FIre!) and Street Art (also known as blow-ups and pieces) with talented local artists. The leadership from these artists will introduce you to different forms of Rap and Visual Art, and help you develop pieces that you can be proud of. The sessions are virtual and are held on a weekly basis from Monday, February 1st from 7:00-8:00 p.m.

February 1st to Mar 1st is MC'ing with Levi Morrison. March 8th to April 12th is Street Art with Nat "Natorious" Dooks.

Students will need internet access, should have writing tools, and be willing to listen, talk and share. No previous experience necessary. It is an on-camera workshop.

Register here and the student will be added to the google classroom for the session. All communication will be done through google classroom.
