Sometimes the best way to let your artistic ideas out is to open your journal to a clean page and just start drawing.

You can use your imagination to create stories, characters, images, or art that can lead to even more ideas! Try it this week!

doodle - a scribble or drawing that is made as a brain exercise or for fun

inspiration - the push to do something or make something - the spark of the creative process

zentangle - a drawing of a structured pattern | The patterns are called "tangles"

Your Challenge this week is to explore doodling!

Dog Loves Drawing: Read this book about a dog who discovers he loves to draw as he creates a whole world inside his sketchbook!

Zentangles: Take doodling to the next level with these intricate and relaxing doodles.

You can choose how you want to doodle. Be creative and have fun experimenting with different types of doodles. Let your imagination go!
