Thumb Challenge

Clench your fist and give the 'thumbs up' sign with one hand.
With the other hand, keep your thumb tucked in and your pointer finger pointed directly at your other thumb.
Then, reverse positions so that your opposite hand is now pointing at the opposite raised thumb.
Switch again! And again! See how fast you can go.

Juggling Balance

Stand on one leg and raise the other to a 90-degree angle with your knee bent.
Then, hold a scrunched up ball of recycled paper beside your hip, using same hand as the side with your raised leg.
Now, throw the ball up into the air next to the raised leg and move your other hand under the raised leg to catch the ball.
Swap legs and repeat!

The Ear-Nose

Start by taking your right hand and grabbing your left ear.
Then use your left hand to touch your nose.
Then, swap as quickly as possible.
Then swap again!
Keep going until you have mastered it!

Mr Burns

Start by tenting your fingers together, with opposite thumbs and fingertips touching.
Then, separate and re-touch fingers, one-by-one or in a pattern.
Then, speed it up and create new patterns!

Hand Shake

First, stand with your arm extended in front of you with your palms facing away from your body, as if gesturing for someone to stop.
Next, move your right hand left to right AND your left hand up and down at the same time!
Then, swap!
And, swap again!

Winks

Wink your left eye while clicking your right finger.
Then, swap to your right eye and left finger.
Swap again!
And again!
See how fast you can go.
