During the next month at GGS all forms of physical activity will be important for all aspects of your wellbeing. In this section there are many options for you to choose from based on your preference, goals, sport and resources.
You should aim to do at least 2 forms of organised physical activity per day along with as much incidental physical activity as possible (e.g. walking, chores and general movement).
These resources can be accessed by students or staff at any time of the day to support individual and community wellbeing. There are a range of mindfulness and yoga practices, brain breaks, and other suggested wellbeing activities for individuals and groups.
House groups will be able to participate in a range of creative and performing arts activities in the SPACE and in the designated House activities areas. In some cases, Houses will come to the SPACE at a designated time and will separate into four groups to engage in a round of activities such as murder in the dark, Tik Tok challenges, charades and more.
