AIM TO BE ACTIVE TWICE A DAY

During the next month at GGS all forms of physical activity will be important for all aspects of your wellbeing. In this section there are many options for you to choose from based on your preference, goals, sport and resources.

You should aim to do at least 2 forms of organised physical activity per day along with as much incidental physical activity as possible (e.g. walking, chores and general movement).

Training Programmes

In this section you will find a range of different training programmes, there are general programmes for individuals and groups, sport specific programmes, general conditioning (running ) and resistance training. Aim to be active twice a day (minimum).
