If you don't have access to any flat surface area: try to hit up against the wall, bounce ball on stick and turning the stick over the ball.
Other non-contact drills if you have a couple of hockey players to be with:
Hitting, slapping, pushing, dragging, scooping, back-stick hits to each other x 20 each starting off 5 meters apart and extending out to 20 meters
Receiving the ball on the fore-stick and back-stick
If they can have access to cones or anything used a marker, running, dribbling and around markers. Dribbling and hitting back to the next person
Forming a box and hitting receiving and running (follow the ball after the pass)
3 man weave the ball to each other
Cone work, weaving around cones passing to one another and weaving back (other person is running while the other is dribbling around cones)
Set up cones - one person is hitting in between cones the other is receiving and hitting back then running to the next cones to receive and hit back
