G-PIP is a job-embedded system of mentoring, support, and professional learning serving for PIP, STSP, and Intern teachers. Individuals in this program are working towards earning a preliminary credential, with district support while assigned to a classroom. Throughout the year, candidates are provided professional learning focused on the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTP). The candidates create an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) with the help of their mentor and attend professional learning aligned to the goals within the program.
