Sites and Departments will complete the following documentation for meetings and trainings.
Responsibilities for completing these records are divided as follows:
Sites are responsible for the documentation when meetings and/or training are hosted on-site
District or departments (Superintendent, Curriculum, Business, Education Services, Personnel, Health Services, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Behavioral Health, School Safety, Extended Day, GFRC, Migrant) are responsible for the documentation when meetings and/or training are hosted off-site.
At the conclusion of a meeting and/or training, the completed documentation—including the agenda, presentation materials, and sign-in sheets—must be submitted to Lyn and Lupe within five business days.
Submissions may be sent via district mail or email.
Additionally, sites and departments are required to retain all original copies for the duration of the academic year, unless specific department needs dictate otherwise.
MOT and Nutrition will continue to keep and monitor their meeting and training documentation. Items do not need to be turned into the Curriculum Department.
